A photo book by Larry Clark, a leading American photographer, "Kids (English Edition, Unopened)." Larry Clark is a photographer who represents the youth & subculture scene and is still immensely popular in Japan. Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Clark became addicted to drugs for about three years from the age of 14, injecting amphetamines (stimulants) continuously, and documented the series in photographs, publishing them as "TULSA" (1971). The personal story depicting the fear of not being able to escape drugs, the struggles of young people rebelling against conservative culture, and the sense of confinement in a rural town, revealed the unknown side of American life, resonating strongly with young people around the world, and TULSA became Clark's masterpiece. This book is composed of still photographs from the movie "Kids," which was directed by Clark with a screenplay by Harmony Korine, who was 19 years old at the time, and is a masterpiece alongside "TULSA."
