The Akihiko Yamakyu player model "type-B" is an evolution from "effort3," which featured a 0.2 grip marker.
The combination of triangle cuts and nut cuts, which was a series staple, has been redesigned in this model, with nut cuts following triangle cuts.
As the rugged appearance suggests, the grip has been strengthened, and the triangle cuts support the release, creating a new, reliable pattern.
The outline, which is specialized for the rear grip, expands from the 0.2 grip marker area equipped in the previous model to the maximum diameter, allowing for a smooth transition from "effort3."
The micro-rings in the taper area also provide functional support for the fingers.
