A beautiful, original hand-painted botanical watercolour study of the Helleborus corsicus. This is a one-off piece of art, not a print. It features lovely muted greens and intricate detail. Condition & Repairs Needed: • The Artwork: Original watercolour on paper. Has some vintage character including foxing (small brown spots) and some marking on the mount. • The Frame: Gold-toned finish (appears to be a composite/resin material rather than solid wood). There are several chips and scuffs to the gold finish as shown in photos. • Glazing: NO GLASS included. This is an open frame. • Backing: The back board is currently loose/detached and needs re-securing. Size: • Frame dimensions: Approx 61cm x 43cm.
